Synopsis:

According to Adler human beings have an innate tendency to impose. This trend comes up against a person's weakness, which he becomes aware of and understands from his daily experiences. So, in parallel with the tendency for enforcement, a complex is developed in the area of of the unconcious. The complex causes a course of unconscious actions that aim in the development of a personality in such a way so that the existing real or imagined weaknesses are met.

The work of "Believe it, do it" is a reference to Adler and his point of view for the "urge of enforcement" showing repetitive actions of a compulsive and obsessive character trying to convey the concepts of obsession and autosuggestion.
